Who We Are

We are a team of female Bachelors Degree in Architecture, with over 20 years of experience, combining the best qualities in each  of us. We would like to continue, not only creating and designing at a national level, but also at a world wide level.

Angela Arismendi-Pardi, Project Designer

Obtained her US equivalences as Summa Cum Laude in the School of Architecture at the Central University of Venezuela in Caracas. Her professional work is in architectural design on single and multifamily homes,  commercial, public and private corporate buildings. She also has expertise in restoration of historical landmarks,  religious and medical structures. She had broad experience in handling large scale projects and assuring that the clients needs are met.


Sonia Lara Lander, Project Designer

Sonia's focal expertise is based on single and multifamily homes, commercial, corporate, governmental,  and recreational architectural designs. Sonia's job includes site supervision from the beginning up to completion of the project. She has vast experience in technical support, control and maintenance. She also has experience in Interior Design at any level, coordination on managing contractors and working directly with the client until the project is fully completed.

Sofia Chimaras Maury, Project Designer

Sofia has broad experience on single and multifamily home building designs, as well as all faces of Residential and Commercial renovations from framing to interior finish. Her expertise include Project Management, from Architectural Design, supervising drafters and designers. She is also experienced in field supervision of subcontractor's team, site personnel and administration involved in all faces of construction from bidding to turn-key facilities operation.
